我有一群熱愛手作蛋糕甜點的同事,
這次相約一起到"自己做“手作甜點D.I.Y下午茶小點心,
我選擇的是"蘋果派"!!!

▲頭大的酥皮蘋果派 NT.400(12個)

蘋果餡─
蘋果2顆
砂糖 35g
檸檬水 10g
冷水 10g

派皮─
起司片 6片
蛋黃液 20g

▲步驟一
先將蘋果削皮,切大塊與小塊,
加入糖水、檸檬水、冷水,
煮到有點變成蘋果醬,就可以關火嚕!!!

▲步驟二
將酥皮一大片切成四小片,
一共要切成24小片,
並將12片中間用刀劃三小條不切斷,為上層的酥皮.

▲步驟三
將下層的酥皮四周塗上蛋液,
中間放上香噴噴的蘋果果粒醬.

▲步驟四
再將上層的酥皮覆蓋上,四周圍用叉子壓緊!表層塗上薄薄的蛋液.

烤箱上下火180度,
要先預熱,烤約20分鐘,若顏色不夠,
可以將烤盤掉頭,再烤約3分鐘.

做好之後可以移駕到休息區,
倒杯飲料拍拍照片,聊聊天,等待孩子出爐!

還蠻成功的,灑花~~~
酥皮很多層次的感覺,中間的蘋果泥煮得恰到好處(自己講)

▲小配步─
若在家裡自己做,每個烤箱不太一樣,
建議可以10鐘左右就顧一下烤箱,
表層的蛋液是為了上色,不需要塗太多不然會容易焦哦!

自己做的環境很明亮,
配備都非常齊全,不過因為生意太好,預約稍微有點緊湊感.

烤盤拿出來放冷,就可以裝盒嚕!!!

蘋果派剛出爐吃起來酥酥脆脆,有千層酥的fu,
中間的蘋果醬,味道可以自己調整,
若喜歡甜,糖就多加一點,若喜歡酸,檸檬汁就多加一點~
這就是D.I.Y好玩的地方!!!
蘋果派是可愛的下午茶甜點~~

之前有去另一間叫"Bake a Day 培可烘焙實作坊"
跟自己做性質很像,
做的甜點項目有點不一樣,
可以看對哪些蛋糕甜點有興趣來選擇要去那裡做唷!!!
